Search-first support
Pages are built around real phrases people search when they feel anxious, numb, lonely, overwhelmed or unsafe.
Partner with Thrive & Rise
Thrive & Rise was started in January 2025 by one person with a simple aim: make clear, kind mental-health support available before people reach breaking point.
Why this matters
The platform has grown through daily effort, useful tools and search traffic. The next stage is not just more pages. It is stronger trust, reviewed content, better reach, safer moderation and partners who can help people find support earlier.
Pages are built around real phrases people search when they feel anxious, numb, lonely, overwhelmed or unsafe.
Urgent routes are shown clearly. Thrive & Rise is support and signposting, not a replacement for emergency care.
No account is needed for core tools. No one has to pay to read support pages or use basic self-help features.
The library, admin tools, email support and anonymous venting system are being improved so the platform can scale responsibly.
Ways to work together
The best collaborations are practical, specific and genuinely helpful to people using the platform.
Talk about mental health, loneliness, burnout, suicide prevention, building in public, lived experience, and making help easier to reach.
Help review guides, suggest safer wording, improve signposting, or add experience from counselling, psychology, social care, teaching or support work.
Share free or low-cost services, local support, crisis routes, peer groups, youth projects, disability support and useful resources.
Fund hosting, email delivery, content reviews, accessibility work, moderation, translations and practical improvements while keeping core help free.
Use Thrive & Rise as a free starting point for wellbeing sessions, student support, staff wellbeing, newsletters or internal resources.
Collaborate on short-form videos, awareness campaigns, seasonal support content, recovery stories and practical self-help posts.
Funding
Sponsorship does not need to be massive to matter. Even small monthly backing can cover the boring costs that make the useful parts possible.
Principles
Thrive & Rise can grow, partner and accept support while still protecting the reason it exists.
Send a short message with who you are, what you do, and how you might want to help people reach free support.
You don’t need to know what’s “wrong”. Start with whatever feels manageable even if that’s just looking.
If you’re in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. You can also call 116 123 (Samaritans).
